Injury Prevention Specialist in the Industrial Setting 

 

Full-Time | First Shift | No Weekends | 40 Hours per Week

We're currently seeking a Full-Time Injury Prevention Specialist to join us in delivering high-quality care and injury prevention services to our grocery store warehousing/distribution client in Dwight, IL. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
  • Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
  • Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients 

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
  • Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor’s degree
  • Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor’s degree and certification from a reputable organization
  • Exercise Science/Kinesiology
  • Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
  • Confident, professional, and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability

Posted Salary Range

USD $27.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
